As a prospective board member, it opened my thoughts on what getting into a board member position might entail and all of the intricacies of the position. The binder that was included with the workshop will be a major source of knowledge I can refer back to when needed.” –2018 NBLI Participant

2019 Nonprofit Board Leadership Institute

The Hawaii Alliance of Nonprofit Organizations invites you to “E Ala E Awaken: Dawning of a Nonprofit rEvolution,” the 2019 HANOCON and Awards!

Join Hawaii’s nonprofit leaders for a full day of convening, learning, and renewal.

This year’s conference theme addresses the rapidly changing environment that is prompting nonprofits and our sector to think and behave differently in order to remain relevant and sustainable.

Now is the time to be creative and revolutionary in our thinking. As we awaken to this new reality, HANOCON is an opportunity to engage in conversations about how the sector and individual nonprofits can evolve to meet changing demands, and provide support to nonprofits as they begin to make this shift.
